When will my order ship?


All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days

You can login to your account and check order tracking


Will my item be new and mint?


All items are new in package and will be in near mint/mint condition. We will not ship out anything that shows any obvious signs of damage or color problems to figure. We do accept returns.


How long will it take to receive my order?


It will take on average about 2-5 business days to receive your order however in some instances it can take a little longer. International orders will arrive in about 2-4 weeks.


Can I cancel my order?


Yes, you can cancel your order provided it has not yet shipped. Once your order has shipped you will have to pay for return shipping.


Do you ship to a different address other than billing address?


Sorry, we do not ship to any other address other than billing address of credit card used for purchase. No exceptions will be made. We will cancel your order if billing and shipping address do not match.


Why should I trust buying from your website?


You are 100% covered by your credit card company or bank. We will provided a tracking number with every order and all items will be packed and shipped to arrive as advertised. We ship fast and provide fast customer service.


Are your items genuine and not ko's of fakes?


All of our items are 100% genuine and not fake. We will never knowingly sell anything that is counterfeit. We only sell licensed genuine products.


Your price seems too good, why is it so cheap?


We have made deals in many instances to buy close outs or have purchased collections at a very good price and thus we pass these savings on to you.


Why don't you have a customer service phone number?


We prefer to receive emails so that we can respond and have records of all that was said during every email and or transaction. It's good for both you the customer and us.


Can I have something placed on hold?


Sorry we are not currently able to place items on hold. It's first come first serve.


Do you use bubble wrap or peanuts to ship?


We use new corrugated boxes and will use bubble wrap, peanuts or packing paper with every order. This will ensure safe travel and a much lower rate of instances of product being damaged during shipping.


Are all your figures sealed and not opened?


We will inspect all items that are priced over $100. Meaning that if you purchase anything over $100 we will open, inspect and photograph. If there is a serial number or a certificate that will also be recorded. We will notify you that this is our standard policy however if you wish to have item not opened you agree that item is not returnable or non-refundable under any circumstance. This will be considered a final sale.


Do you accept open item returns?


No, sorry. We will not accept back any item that has been opened by you. We will accept returned items opened by us that were inspected by us (we will first confirm with you before we do so). Please double check your figure/toy for any noticeable imperfections. Because items are being sold as collectibles and intended for adults 18 years of age or older we are selling you a mint in package toy and once opened this will void the ability to return the item. We will inspect all items while in package for any obvious signs of flaws of toy but again if you open the toy then we will not accept it back. Please be aware.
