Your credit card will be charged in full immediately for order total. All of our Pre-Order items will have an estimated arrival date. This means when we expect to receive product from the manufacturer and when we will be shipping product to you.
If you include Pre-Order item/s with In Stock item/s we will split order and ship In Stock item/s first and add a shipping charge to Pre-Order item/s (as they become available and ship out).
Pre-Order items that are cancelled or returned will be charged a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.
Return Policy: All items can be returned or exchanged provided they are in the same condition as sent and not opened or damaged. You have 30 days in which to return or exchange any item from the day you receive. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your order. Shipping charges are not refundable and you will have to pay shipping for any exchange, no exceptions. A restocking fee may apply to your order. A restocking fee up to 50% of item/s total will apply if an item is returned opened and or damaged, either box and or figure/s. Pre-Order items will include a 15% restocking fee.
