Your order will be charged and shipped within 24-48 hours and we will provide a tracking number with every order once it has shipped.
Pre-Order items will be charged in full when order is placed and will ship when item/s becomes available.
Your credit card will be charged the sum of the order total when placed, including shipping charges stated during checkout. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days and should arrive in about 2-7 business days on average, not counting weekends. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company used to ship your order.
Return Policy: All items can be returned or exchanged provided they are in the same condition as sent and not opened or damaged. You have 30 days in which to return or exchange any item from the day you receive. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your order. Shipping charges are not refundable and you will have to pay shipping for any exchange, no exceptions. A restocking fee may apply to your order. A restocking fee up to 50% of item/s total will apply if an item is returned opened and or damaged, either box and or figure/s. Pre-Order items will include a 15% restocking fee. Your information is never sold, shared or given to anyone with the exception of the shipping company for purposes of shipping the package from our location to your location.
We only ship to the billing address of credit card, no exceptions. Certain orders may require a signature, no exceptions.
PLEASE BE AWARE we do not accept returns on opened items. Only exception is if we have opened item to check item per your request or if we email you that we need to check item before it is shipped. We are not responsible for any typographical errors. In the event that there is a pricing error, a quantity error or any other error we will contact you via email or phone. We will make every attempt to clarify or rectify the situation should one arise. In most instances there will not be any issue however we have to make it understood that due to human error there can be honest mistakes. We reserve the right to cancel any order (for any reason) at any time.
